Our Director and Licensed Player Manager – Nico
Nico is a registered football agent with over 15 years’ exposure across the UK, Europe, and Oceania markets. He is also a versatile professional with more than 30 years’ experience as an advertising executive, digital innovator, writer, business strategist, communications consultant, marketer, and filmmaker. His football expertise lies in talent management, contract negotiations, fostering relationships, and strategy, where he has guided athletes from across the world to reach their ambitions.
Nico is the Director of Three·Six·Zero Player Management, where he personally manages professional and semi-professional athletes from Italy, UK, USA, France, Australia, South America, and Africa, and places particular importance on personal relationships and open, transparent communication. His mission is clear: to expose the flaws within football and spark the changes the game so desperately needs. His work continues to take him around the world, carrying with him a beacon of hope for the future of the beautiful game serving as a rallying cry to all who care about its true potential. Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Nico is a proven innovator and serial entrepreneur having studied both a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Science at Monash University. Sourcing & Negotiating Player Contracts
As accredited agents with an international contact list, we are well placed to handle all aspects of negotiations. We work tirelessly to identify opportunities for our clients to ensure that not only is their talent nurtured in the right environment but properly rewarded financially. Whether we are working on a permanent transfer, a loan arrangement or a contract renewal, our team are ideally equipped to get the best possible deal for our clients. The contacts our team has established during their careers, added to their on-going knowledge of the key leagues around the world, means that we can offer a truly international service when required. We are often involved in assessing new talent by viewing games and contacting footballers seeking representation.

Sponsorships & Endorsements
We leverage the unique opportunity an elite sporting career can bring on and off the pitch. We appreciate that sporting careers can be short and that earnings need to be maximised while they can. We therefore procure a range of commercial opportunities for our clients covering anything from footwear deals and product endorsements to media/personal appearances. With our expertise in brand management, marketing communications and PR, we can devise brand building strategies which can increase our clients’ profiles, enhance their marketability and open up new income generating opportunities. We are acutely aware that commercial opportunities can never be allowed to interfere with sporting commitments and so we can provide first hand advice and guidance on achieving the right balance.
Marketing & Communications
We have over 30 years’ experience in building successful brands and so we never underestimate the importance of public image. Through carefully devised, proactive reputation management, we aim to establish and maintain a positive profile for our clients. We have exceptional contacts in all forms of media and can offer specialist media training to help our clients feel relaxed in front of the cameras and to maximise their earning potential. We can also help to manage social media channels and work closely with developers to provide additional means of communication and engagement with our clients’ fan bases. Should our clients find themselves in the midst of a media storm, we have the expertise to guide them through this difficult time and take whatever legal action might be necessary to protect their reputation and/or privacy.
Personal Development & Mentoring
Media training and contacts, presentation and communication skills, marketing, and leadership. When it comes to our clients’ careers, we believe in proactive planning for the long term. In full consultation with our clients, we devise bespoke career development plans which cater for their individual needs and ambitions both in sport and beyond. Our team are then on-hand whenever needed to provide the guidance and support our clients’ need to fulfil those ambitions. Our team can provide valuable guidance and mentoring on a range of matters from issues relating to fitness and form to fall-outs with team mates or managers. We also have a close relationships with conditioning and performance coaches. We bring a new dimension to our clients’ physical and psychological approaches to training and competing and we believe that an increase in performance of just 5% can mean the difference between an average career and an excellent one. Although one of the last things a player wants to think about whilst still competing, we recommend that our clients give consideration about the next stage of their life as early as possible. We offer guidance on the available options and can arrange appropriate educational or training courses, whether this relates to coaching, media or anything else that the client is passionate about.

We recognise the personal challenges which exist in an intense sporting landscape, and so we act as mentors. We recognise that factors outside of football can have an impact on a player’s enjoyment and performance on the pitch.
